This issue is due to the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsd69809.
This issue occurs in the Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) version 7.1(1.11) when a Microsoft Terminal Server site that contains a Visual Basic Scripting Edition(VBScript) function is accessed. This is not actioned when re-written through the use of the WebVPN.
Use an Application Profile Customization Framework (APCF) file in order to workaround this issue.
The APCF profile for the WebVPN lets the security appliance handle non-standard applications and web resources so that it is displayed correctly over a WebVPN connection.
The VBScript requires the use of an APCF file in order for the Terminal Service Website (TSWeb) in order to work.
Complete these steps in order to configure and use the APCF file on an ASA:
