2 factor token authentication on ssl vpn

Is it possible to use 2 factor token authentication on ssl vpn with ASA.

Anyone having done this before, please advise.

The ASA supports Native SDI or RADIUS SDI and will work with Clientless SSL or AnyConnect VPN. Check out RSAs website for more interop docs such as the one below.
