ACS 5.4.0.46 Missing Audit logs

Version : 5.4.0.46

Internal Build ID : B.221

Hi all, my customer is running the above version, he reported some logs are missing from audit logs. to be more specific

the log date are from 18-20 June this year, the rest of the audit logs before and after are to be seen.

I have gone through the support bundle log, and was not able to see anything related to this issue stated on any log files within the support bundle.

any advice how I could troubleshoot this issue please?
