Can't SSH to ASA5550

I am running 8.04 on the ASA5550. I have the following statements in the config. For some reasons, I cannot SSH to the ASA5550. But, I can telnet to it.

telnet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 management

telnet timeout 5

ssh 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 management

ssh timeout 5

console timeout 0

management-access management

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you configured crypto key rsa required for ssh access?

review the config for ssh if not done so for this part.
