Cannot View Remote Access Sessions

Hardware: Cisco VPN 3030 Concentrator

Software: 3.6.1

When trying to view the "Remote Access Sessions" listing from either "Monitoring->Sessions" or "Administration-->Administer Sessions" no listing is shown even though the summarization says there are 152 Total Active Sessions. There is also a Java script error on the page that reads as follows:

Error: Expected 'j'

Code: 0

URL: http://<ip address>/monitor/sessions.html?partition_filter_list=-1&sort=0

Any Ideas...

I could only guess that either your browser settings are corrupt or you are not using the latest browser. If it was working before, then try to reinstall the browser, else try from another browser and isolate the problem
