CISCO 2801 LOCKED OUT

I STARTED A NEW JOB LAST WEEK AND THE ROUTER WE HAVE IS A CISCO 2801 AND SEEMS TO BE THAT THAT I DID NOT CHANGED ALL THE PASSWORDS FOR THIS DEVICE AND I THINK THE LAST NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR REMOTELY CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER BEING THAT I AM THE ONLY PERSON ALLOWED TO ENTER SERVER ROOM AND NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE ROUTER,AND OUR WEBSITE IS DOWN INCLUDING LAN AND THE ONLY THING I COULD DO IS PING ONE OF THE ADRESSES AND TELNET ROUTER AND PASSWORD HAS BEEN CHANGED I'VE TRIED TO LOGIN USING SDM CONNECTING TO SWITCH PORT,CONNECTING TO 0-0 AND 0-1 WITH A CROSSOVER RJ-45 AND ALSO TRIED THE CONSOLE IS THERE ANYWAY I COULD HARD RESET THIS ROUTER., PLEASE IF SOMEONE HAS AN ANSWER I WILL APRECIATED BECAUSE I WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS SITUATION ASAP

Hi

You can recover the lost password and restrict the access to the router only from trusted ip address.
