cisco 3000 concentrator and linksys befsx41 router

I have an employee who has DSL and a dynamic IP address in which he use a dns redirector to map his dynamic IP address to his home computer. The service he uses is tzo.com. The linksys router he has has VPN capabiolities but the cisco 3000 does not recognize the *.tzp.com address as valid. Is there anyway to setup a vpn with someone with a dynamic address between the cisco 3000 and a linksys router?

Not where the 3000 is initiating the tunnel. In this case, your linksys router will always have to initiate and establish the tunnel. Im not sure what you mean it doesnt recognize the *.tpz.com addresss, just set it up for dynamic. In 3.5 you configure the concentrator with a wildcard "pre-shared key" to alllow dynamic peers to connect to them.
