we have configured Cisco CSM 4.0 in our environment. thru this, we are managing 10-12 firewalls.
however we are not still able to utilize its firewall rule creation and duplicate rule elimination functionality.
can someone provide me a book or good video on how to manage firewall rules thru CSM.
previously I used to manage Juniper firewall where everyrule was managed and modified thru Juniper SDM (Security and Device Manager). I know CSM is same like that but lack of documentation on how to best utilize this tool.
appreciate your help on this.
