Cisco Easy VPN Server and Easy VPN Remote

I am trying to create a VPN between a Cisco 1721 and 827 (ios 12.2(8))and have tried Setting the 1721 up as a Easy VPN Server and the 827 in both Client and Network-Extension mode and the Client gets the DHCP pool from the server but there is no traffic across the link. I have also tried am IPSec Tunnel with nat and once again there is no encrypted traffic but Internet access is fine.

Is there something simple I am missing, or additional routing information that needs to be there , I thought the Easg VPN stuff dynamically lmaped the NAT/PAT. The configs are strait from Cisco samples.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The NAT/PAT config will be automatically created for the VPN connections, you can verify this by doing a sh ip nat stat and sh access-list. Take a look through this link, it has some config examples that might be helpful:
