[Cisco Security Manager][4.6] Question about a warning message after adding an ASA to Inventory

Hello,

After adding an ASA device and discovering its policies, I get the warning message : "Changes that you make to Remote Access VPN policies might not be deployed if you have not performed a prior deployment". I don't really understand why do I have to do a prior deployment. Is it mandatory ? What's happen if I do not do this prior deployment ?

Hi Stephane,

After discovering ASA with RAVPN,it is recommended to deploy to file after discovery .RAVPN has some internal implemetation which  requires user to do file deployment first before configuring any policy( RAVPN) and deploying to device . Hence the warning message.
