CiscoWorks ITM and AAD have date/time mismatch

We have a customer who is having a few problems with date/time mismatch between ITM and AAD. On all of their ITM servers, they've noticed that current alerts are not being displayed correctly in AAD (Alerts & Activities Display). Instead of displaying the last event, the latest events are much older, and in some cases have dates which there doesn't appear to be an alert for, which obviously is not correct, the dates do not match up. Has anyone seen this before? Is there an explanation for this?
