CNR SNMP Server

Hi,

I'm in the middle of a CNR 6.2 over Solaris implementation, and I have a doubt regarding the SNMP Server.

I saw the default port is 4444, and it can be changed.

But what I realy would like is to use only the SNMP Server of the OS (Solaris), and to "extend" the mib of it with the CNR mibs so the CNR specific entries (like num of leases, etc) can be read directly using the OS SNMP server instead of having another SNMP server running... Is this possible? (I know it can be done at programming level, I just don't know if it is implemented in the CNR 6.2).

Thanks for your replies!

MIBs that are supported by this device (regarding to the Cisco Aironet 1200 Series Access Point Installation and Configuration Guide), but most of the feature implemented in thes MIBs are only read-only values which are not adapt to configure the AP from a server. Some are read-created.
