CSM 3.2.2 having problem of RME DB engine not working regularly ?

Hello friends,

I am working with CSM 3.2.2 pro version havin support for 50 devices.I am facing a issue with RME. when i login into CSM for RME

i got the warning message that RMEDBENGINE is not working. After goint through the process of Common services RMEdb engine was

admin down.When i start this service,after this i am not able to login into CSM. Even after restoring CSM didn't work.Kindly help me to sort it out.

i am fed up with this hidden errors of Cisco Works.Due to this i am suffering form cenralised and autmated Management of Security Devices i have

in my job responsibility.
