CSM 3.2 upgrade to 3.3 error

Hi,

I have a CSM 3.2 SP2 and i need to upgrade to version 3.3.1, i already checked the installation guide for the version 3.3.1 and it says that i have to do all the upgrades in this order:

3.2 SP2 -> 3.3 -> 3.3.1

But when i run the installer it shows a message that says: "An internal error has ocurred while checking for unsubmitted or unapproved activity data" (see attached image)

I already verify that there are no pending activities, restarted the server, etc but the problem remains.

Any suggestions?

CSM 3.2 upgrade to 3.3 error

I assume from the error you describe that you are trying the inline upgrade method. (as described here) Have you tried the backup / restore method as an alternative?
