CSM installation error

i am doing new CSM installation on a server , once i run the installer it starts the intallation , then gives me the error "can not find name lookup".

Are you installing it on a server that fills all the requirements of CSM ?  Also, did you give it a valid ip configuration and DNS server settings ?
