I am trying to understand how Cisco Security Manager works. I currently have CSM 4.3 working in Non-Workflow with Ticekt Management enable. What I am trying to understand is if I need to run Policy Discovery every time I open a ticket?
It seems no policies are displayed when all tickets are closed for any of my added devices.
