Default IP Echo - Packet Priority

Hi,

I have CiscoWorks RWAN with IPM. I would like to measure the Round-Trip Latency using the DefaultIPEcho. I do not know if shall I keep the Packet Priority to Default (0) or higher. If anyone can help me out and explains the differences.
