high CPU usage on 2811 router

i have a problem recently, i have a 2811 router, there are several EIGRP VPN tunnel setup on it, recently i found this router running high CPU utilization, it almost reach 80 percent at the most day busy time, when i try to find what process causing that after " show proc cpu", the summarize number not such high, it estimate not more than 20 percent. i know in old Cisco IOS there is a command "show platform health", but seem this not exist in 2800 serials any more.

so my question is what can i do next step to finding out what is causing high CPU usage, so that i can decide if the router need to be upgraded.

I am also facing same issue on 2811 router.  It has 8Mbps WAN link. IPSEC tunnel is configured on it towards PE router and traffic routed over it via BGP between CE and PE. CPU utilization is quite high - 90% even when traffic is 5Mbps. Also it's observed that CPU utilization proportional to user traffic i.e. when when traffic increases so does the cpu usage exponentially. When seeing the cpu usage output, most it showing by IP Input and Crypto.

Upgraded the IOS to latest available "c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M12a" but no difference.

CEF is already enabled. No NAT or other process switching prone features.

Any help ?
