How to allow inside can ping(access) to interface outside on ASA 5515-x?

Dear all,

currently i have Cisco ASA 5515-X v.9.1. on my ASA i was configure forwarding from inside to outside is working. 

but my issue that from inside cannot access to publice ip address ( interface outside). i mean that i want to allow my client can smtp to my public ip address.

and i have some issue (internal issure) with email ( exchnage) i cannot access ipblic ip address but i can access by ip private ( exchange ip add server) 

how can i enable?

if you have an inside and outside inteface, and your client needs to connect to the Public IP you need:

setup the static NAT

add rules on interface outside (inbound)
