Hi,

I hope you are doing great! Thanks for contacting the Cisco Support Community, I assume that you only have problems accessing the GUI Interface but the Authentication and Authorization works fine, is that correct?

As you know the ACS have different services for each one of the functions, the problem of you not able to access it via HTTPS could be that the service of MGMT could be not running, in order to check this services, we need to login into the ACS by SSH and issue the command, for example:

ACS5-Pri/admin# show application status acs

ACS role: Primary

Process 'database'                  running

Process 'management'                running

Process 'runtime'                   running

Process 'adclient'                  running

Process 'ntpd'                      running

Process 'view-database'             running

Process 'view-jobmanager'           running

Process 'view-alertmanager'         running

Process 'view-collector'            running

Process 'view-logprocessor'         running

If the management process or any of the view processes are in a status other than running, we will need to restart this service, to do so, we need to execute the following command:

ACS5-Pri/admin# acs stop management

Stopping management

ACS5-Pri/admin# show application status acs

ACS role: Primary

Process 'database'                  running
Process 'management'                not monitored
Process 'runtime'                   running
Process 'adclient'                  running
Process 'ntpd'                      running
Process 'view-database'             running
Process 'view-jobmanager'           not monitored
Process 'view-alertmanager'         not monitored
Process 'view-collector'            running
Process 'view-logprocessor'         not monitored

And then start the service again:

ACS5-Pri/admin# acs start management

Starting management

ACS5-Pri/admin# show application status acs

ACS role: Primary

Process 'database'                  running

Process 'management'                running

Process 'runtime'                   running

Process 'adclient'                  running

Process 'ntpd'                      running

Process 'view-database'             running

Process 'view-jobmanager'           running

Process 'view-alertmanager'         running

Process 'view-collector'            running

Process 'view-logprocessor'         running

i hope this information helps you,

Have a great day!

Best regards,
