Pasword recovary in CiscoWorks LMS 2.5

Hi,

We are having CiscoWorks LMS 2.5 and and we have lost password of one user. We need to recover it or to overwrite the same. We have found the cwpaswd file but didnt understand which field to be overwriteen by which charactors ( similar to unix or linux ). so that we will be able to recover the password.

You can recover the admin password by replacing the cwpass file with the one found in the orig directory or copy the admin line from the orig to the other one (preserving other users)

This will set admin's password to admin

Once you have recovered the admin password you can use the GUI to change other user's passwords (
