I have just loaded PIX MC 1.1.1 over existing PIX MC 1.1 and selected option to reinitialize database. Now I am unable to start PIX MC. If I click on Management Center from the CW2k menu, I simply get an empty pop-up box. I can find no error logs pointing to any problem. Has anyone else upgraded and seen this problem?
There are a couple of things that you should look into. The user who installed the upgrade should be the same one who did the initial install. Secondly, check the password expiration on Admin account. I feel it might help to look into the same. Also, I 'm not sure if reinitializing database is a good idea. If i remember correctly, the procedure for the upgrade recommended against reinitialize the database.
