Hi ,

can i classify my packet during encryption on my VPN router and shape or police classified Encrypted packet on other router like inter net router ?

You can look at using the qos pre classify command. This will allow QOS to look at the original headers prior to encryption.

Should be able to if you just look at the TOS value, such as a DSCP value.
