And some one said,
"
Considering that everyone on the internet has access to the VPN, and if an L2TP user id is compromised, is there any chance we could restrict the access? "
I know this is silly question, but i am confused myself.
Our partner's have dynamic public IPs, and we cannot do ACL on thir public IPs. what if user id gets public :), how to restrict that situation?

Is certificates based VPN an option here for you?

Haven't worked on that before, but would like to touch that as well. Any short cut that you could offer, i mean an informational but workable link/url would do all the help.
