RMON on 2950G Series

Do I have to explictly enable RMON on theCatalyst 2950G Series?

If Yes - how can I do that?

I want to monitor RMON statistic with a 3rd party tool.

If you're referring to mini-rmon on the switch then, no. If you're referring to the rmon alarms/events, then yes.

mini rmon is providing all the statistics. is that correct.

what i'd like to see is actually the statistics in a tool like SNMPc.

so that shoult work without configuration?
