Can I get serial numbers of routers (2500, 26xx) and switches using SNMP? Which SNMP OID I have to use?
Thank you

Have a look at this link:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/SNMP/chassis.shtml
In the old document, it mentioned about OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB and the OID chassisId
(.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.3.6.3), but it can be replaced by the new ENTITY-MIB.my mib and the OID entPhysicalSerialNum (.1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.1.11).
