SNMP OID(s) for writing running|startup configuration out to TFTP?

Is there a way to use SNMP to write out the running|startup config to TFTP? I'm looking for a way to automate configuration backups across multiple platforms (C3500, C2900, 3620, C5500, C6500, 7206, etc). Some support ssh, some do not, others support rcmd/rcp, others do not (this would be a very insecure way to do it anyway).

Looking for something that can work across all platforms. Expect scripts are just ugly!
