I would suggest you to apply the following action plan:
You can actually obtain a graph for the IPSec traffic from the PDM. Once that you open up the PDM, you would need to go to the Monitoring Tab, click on VPN Connection Graphs, IPSec Tunnels, IPSec Active Tunnels, Add, Graph It!
The results will give you a graph with all the IPSec traffic and as well, it would provide you the table of values from which the graph was created.
