Sync Archive Failed

Hi all,

I am getting the following message when I try a sync archive. Does anyone no what could be the reason. Credentials seems to be all right.

Action: Verify that device is managed, credentials are correct and file system has correct permissions. Increase timeout value, if required. Action: Verify that archive exists for device. See this thread:

http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Network%20Infrastructure&topic=Network%20Management&topicID=.ee71a02&fromOutline=&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Ddisplay_location%26location%3D.2cc1533c

This problem is usually indicative of a corrupt archive, and removing the device from RME then re-adding it usually solves the issue.
