In my office we have Traning Room and Conference room where all project people have there meeting's.we configured each project into diffrent vlan.what if vlan 2 enters the conference room and want to access vlan 2 next other project with diffrent vlan enters and want to access his own VLAN.what kind of configuration do we need in Conference room to access.

You can try setting up dot1x (IBNS). But this will need a lot of other resources like a radius server, switch ios support etc.

If all the users have laptops, then you could look at using Dynamic VLAN assignments with a VMPS server.
In short, when a host connects to a port and has MAC address abcd.ef12.345 then they belong to VLAN a and if mac address 6789.abcd.ef12 is seem then they belong to VLAN B regardless of what port they connect to.
