VPN 3000 Cluster failover

In a VPN cluster when the exterior interface fails/unreachable the VPN tunnel fails over as designed.

Question: Is there a way to configure the interior (lan side) interface as a critical interface (i.e. the the interior interface fails the VPN device is consider failed/unreachable)?

If so can you elaborate?

I'm looking into this same concern. We've had failures that isolate the 3060 on the LAN side, but it still maintains sessions and trys to accept new connections because the outside is happy. Appreciate any ideas on this.
