VPN Authentication question

We have a 3015 configured to authenticate against a windows radius server and that works fine, this is our primary means.

I am trying to also use a local account on the VPN, but when I try to authenticate with that account the concentrator tries to use radius for authentication. This account does not exist on the windows side.

- Can you configure to vpn to use both methods for authentication, or will it only use the local accounts if the radius server goes down?

Hi,

If you have created a local username and password , make sure that you are using Internal under your authentication setting in the group.

You cannot configure two authentication method for the same group and that said, there is no question of falling from radius to local if radius fails.

Arul
