VPN Client 3.6.3 How to Windows Login

Users of our VPN using WIN 98 get a Windows login to log into thje internal network. With Windows XO home, the option of the Windows login does not appear. Users can connect to the VPN, are granted a VPN IP address,. The DNS and DHCP servers are added to the connection. But no intenral network resources (eg servers) can be seen from the XP home machines. It seems they need to be able to Windows Login, but it doesn't happen. Anyone else have this happen? Is there a fix, something we are missing?

XP Home Edition will not allow you to log into the remote network domain across a VPN tunnel. If this functionality is required, you will have to load XP Professional instead of XP Home.

Here is the information from Microsoft' site:

Thanks for the reply. As it turns out though XP works fine with the VPN. Had to turn off the Microsoft Internet Firewall which was blocking the login. Since I always run a 3rd party FW on a connected PC this isn't an issue. Or, you can connect then turn the MS FW back on. That will work.
