VPN Client > WRT300N >> 1841 = Hangs after 2 hrs

My laptop connects through ethernet to my WRT300N to braodband. Always worked fine. recently installed Cisco VPN client to connect to new 1841 Router in the office, and after about 2 hours it hangs, and I lose all connectivity. If I reboot the WRT300N, and reconnect the VPN client all is ok (for another 2 hours)

I had to set up port triggering on my WRT300N for the following ports:

500, 4500, 10000 to make it work at all.

Its driving me mad, anyone got any ideas?
