I have a client that receives a Dr. Watson when they try to connect to a VPN concentrator with the VPN client (3.6 or 4.0 versions) installed on a Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Services installed. They have assured me they do not have any other VPN clients or firewall software install on this system. As a test, they installed the VPN client on another Win2K server with TS and had the same problem.

The Dr. Watson error they receive while trying to connect to the site is:

Event Type: Information

Event Source: DrWatson

Event Category: None

Event ID: 4097

Date: 6/13/2003

Time: 3:57:54 PM

User: N/A

Computer: PC1

Description:

Is there a known issue with the Cisco VPN client not functioning on a Win2K server with TS runnning?
