VPN Concentrator 3000 - Top Ten Session Statistics Not Working

I have a VPN Concentrator 3005 running 4.7.2.F. Since a power outage I have not had any top ten statistics available.

Via the web interface when viewing the top ten sessions (any of the 3 reports) I get:

"Top Ten users in Group xxx based on Data as of Error"

I assume the "Error" is the reason the report is not working.

I have tried to reset the session statistics but that has not cleared the issue.

Any thoughts on how I sort out this problem ?

The VPN 3000 series concentrator has screens to display VPN statistics. Here is where they are located.

Monitoring | Statistics

Monitoring | Sessions | Top Ten Lists

The issue is the report does not work.

I get an "error" where date information should have been shown.

I have attached a screen capture to show my problem.
