VPN established between W2K Pro and Cisco 1720

Remote branch location has one W2K Pro PC. I want to set up a VPN tunnel between 1720 router and this location. Remote location will have ADSL service. What do I need on the client side? Can I use the W2K VPN services to do this? Or do I need Cisco VPN Client? (Several tunnels between other branch 1720's already created, but don't want to purchase new 1720 for 1 user.) Thanks.
