Windows Security Patch update in CSM is supported or not?

Hi Support,

We are running CSM 3.3 on Windows 2003 Server.

Due to compliance, our management decided to update the security patches to all Windows Servers.

But before updating it, we need to confirm whether this activity is supported on CSM Server or not?

what normally cisco suggests on this regard?

Well the CSM installation guide does specifically recommend one patch the Windows server on which it runs. Reference.

That said, you should consider upgrading your CSM. 3.3 is getting quite dated and 4.x (4.3 was released in July) has a lot of nice new features and runs on 64-bit Windows Server 2008.
