Thanks for the replay, but i'm not using css for balancing https or http, i'm using it to balance terminal server application made from Citrix (a sort of rdp, but faster) that have a proprietary client made by citrix, that is the ICA client. This is the home page for the new product from Citrix:

Are you having issues once you are balanced to one of your citrix servers? Make sure you configure stickyness so that users remain stuck to the initial server they are load balanced to. This is needed due to the fact that each connection is not stateful between citrix servers.

Stickyness means that once a user is directed to a server through the load balancer, that user will remain on the server he was first load balanced to for the duration of their connection. Otherwise, every tcp connection that a user makes is load balanced to whatever servers are configured. There are severalways to configure stickyness. You can do it via:
-source IP
-source IP and destination port
-text string in a cookie or URL
-SSL session ID
