They are really very different things. DLSw+ is a transport protocol that allows you to use IP routing for what would otherwise be bridged traffic, and SNASw is an APPN routing engine. The area that is of interest to many, is the ability of SNASw to use a relatively new transport protocol for SNA traffic, called Enterprise Extender (EE). Where EE can be used, the resulting traffic is both native IP and native SNA. This allows you to design and support IP, without needing to consider bridge protocols at all.
One thing to keep in mind. SNASW is a much larger IOS image and may require a new router at your field sites if you're considering running SNASW end-to-end.
Another option is keep DLSW on the WAN and run SNASW at you data center routers. This is not as clean, but works fine and will keep your costs down, especially if your considering migrating to TN3270???
