I have this problem in my router 7206VXR (NPE400) with IOS c7200-a3js-mz.121-5.T12.bin :

and after the router crash.I didn't find bugs for this problem .

Could any help me?

Looks like the router has a bug called a memory leak. This is where a process is failing to return memory to the free memeory pool so the router eventually runs out.
