For DMAC filtering do you mean inbound on the ethernet? If so... you will need both sides to actually allow DMAC' and DMAC'' inbound on the ethernet. Unless your remote location does NOT have an intelligent switch.
If you have an intelligent switch at the remote location with the 2 DLSw routers on ethernet, then you would need to change your remote workstations to go to an alternate DMAC and then have router 1 be the primary for DMAC' and router 2 be the primary for DMAC". So your DMAC filter inbound on the ethernets need to include DMAC' and DMAC".
Yes, i mean inbound filtering on the ethernet interfaces of both DLSw routers. But i'm not shure which type of filtering for DMAC' i.e. "access-expression" as it is used for token ring source-route-bridging?
