Hello,

Is this a server that was already working or this is happening during the association process?  What is the IOM model and blade model?

Could you please provide an screenshot of the IOMs backplane ports and Fabric ports?

Also, please provide an screenshot of BIOS, Adapter and CIMC firmware?

Last, what is the UCSM, Fabric Interconnects and IOMs firmware running?

Hi Kenny,

I am hitting similiar issue and have tried re-acknowledging the blade but issue didnt fix.

Any idea what could cause the issue?

Infrastructure and blade upgrade was done from ver - 2.2(c) to 2.2(7B)

Do I understand you correctly ? this happened after to upgrade to 2.2.7b ?

- did you manual or autoinstall ?

- do have blades that work ok, or are all blades in all chassis have this problem ?

- are the links from the fabric interconnect to the North bound switches up ?

- is the OS which shows this errors booted up ?

Hi Walter,

i have raised TAC case for this. Fix was to decommissioned the server so the UCSM cleared the information regarding this server and then recommissioned the server again.
