How configure jumbo frames on nexus 5000 at interface level

Hi,

I am able to configure jumbo frames on nexus 5000 at switch level, however i want to do the same at interface level, is there any way that can be done ? is it supported ?. i dont want all my ports to be configured with jumbo frames in one shot.

If it is L2 only, system level config will take care of it.

The only time you need to configure it on the interface level is when you have L3 interfaces.

Thanks Jerry, i got your point. As i was seeing this possible in brocade 8000 switch, wanted to know if possible in nexus 5000 as well.

For L2, you don't need to set it at interface level (it will not do anything), set it at system qos will take care the job.
