It depends on whether you would
like to load balance across links
that are running OSPF or BGP. If you
would like to load share across the OSPF
links then as long as they are equal cost
links OSPF will load share by default
across equal cost paths.
If you are trying to load share across
two links configured for eBGP and both
connections terminate in the same AS then
you will need to establish your EBGP
peering using loopback addresses on both
routers termintating the two connections.
You will then need to use bgp neighbor command
ebgp-multihop.
