Inter GSS updates

Hi Gilles,

Could you please tell me how often the Primary GSSM updates the Changes to other GSS's(Stabdby GSSM or GSS)

For example - If the initial Answer keepalive is configured - icmp to vip address and when i changed the keepalive to particular answer to none.The primary GSSM statistics for the answer vip are updated immediately but for standy GSSM reflecting the changes after 5-9 mins.

Please let me know is it the standard behaviour or not .Is there a way to tune it i.e whenever a change in primary GSSM the changes shall reflect immediately to avoid any outage .

The default time that a GSS

asks for configuration updates as well as reporting statistics back to the

GSSM is 300 seconds with a configurable range of 30 - 4000 seconds. You can configure via the HTTPS GUI and is located in (Tools | GUI Configuration | GSS reporting interval).

I changed the Value to 30 secs in the GUI from 300 secs but the keepalive status is reflecting the change in the standy GSSM after 5-7 mins.
