Cascanding DLURs is not allowed. You can not connect the tn3270-server DLUR to SNASw then to VTAM.

thank for your help.

Hi Dominique,

snasw automatically includes dlur capability within itself. You have configured dlur in tn3270 as well, which is part of your problem. You have also tried to use snasw vdlc ports in addition to snasw vtok ports. Please use your CCO id to look at the sample tn3270/snasw configuration at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/tech/tk331/tk336/tech_digest09186a0080091af1.html#wp724553 and see if that doesn't answer your questions.

hello Ray

Thank for your help, i tried to work with DLUR because in snasw i saw that LU's name defined under a PU doesn't corresponding at the VTAM LU definition.

I must work with the LU name definied in VTAM, for security reason.

Best regards

Dominique

Hi Dominique,

you can't define PUs or LUs in snasw ... the PU or LU name is learned from the VTAM definition when the ACTPU/ACTLU is sent to the snasw dlur. I don't know all the details of PU/LU names with respect to tn3270 (perhaps Jim can comment?) In the sample I pointed you to there were no LUs named, so they would be learned from the VTAM definitions.
