Netbios explorer

Criteria needed: R1 , R2 R3 are connected over frame relay. R2 is a border router for R1 and R3. R2 shouldnt receive any netbios explorer frame.

If i configured a "Dlsw icannotreach sap F0" on R2, is that sufficient ?
