Nexus 1000V (VMware) - VEM is offline when I type "show module"

Here is the environment

One VSM latest release 5.2(1)SV3(1.1).
Actually, only one ESXi latest release 2068190 to make tests.

The ESXi had different kernels managed by a standard vswitch.  All of them, including the management kernel, have been migrated to the VSM without any issue, thanks to the migration wizard.

One VMkernel for the management, with the default gateway, vlan120,, gateway
Another one VMkernet for the VEM controller, vlan60,, without gateway.  It should be but ESXi refuses it.
VSM (active and standby) is vlan50, ip, gateway, L3 mode.
The port-profile type vethernet VEMCtrl (vlan60) is L3 capability.

No routing issue, except that the VSM cannot reach
The router, directly connected to all interfaces, can reach

On the host, the VEM agent is up and up-to-date.

What's wrong ?

Thank you for your advice.
