I'm not sure exactly what catagory this question belongs in but I guess i'll start here.
We have a pair of Nexus 5020's that connect servers through a 2232 FEX using FCoE and Qlogic CNAs. We have a Compellent SAN directly connect to the 5020's, also over FCoe. Each server has 2 10Gb CNAs with 1 SFP+ cable from each going to two separate 2232 FEX that are connected to the 5020's one FEX to each 5020. The CNA interfaces are connected with a vPC port-channel between the two 5020s.
Our problem is with throughput. Even though the servers are connected via 10gig, we are seeing throughput of less than 1 Mbps on the port-channel.
Any ideas as to why this might be would be greatly appreciated. I'll be happy to provide more information. Thanks.
